Ortho Charting helps practices accurately document and track orthodontic treatments across multiple visits.

Let's get started!
- Select the intended patient using the Global Search Bar.
- Hover over Ortho > select Ortho Charting.
- Select the required tooth chart item from the left panel.
Let's select Brackets.
- Choose the Type and Size.
- Click an individual tooth to apply the selected tooth chart item, or click and drag to apply it to multiple teeth at once.
- You can add multiple tooth chart items as needed.
- Click Remove to delete tooth chart items as needed.
- In the grid, you can view the Date of Service, Tooth Chart Item, Attributes, and Tooth.
- Once done, click Save.
- The entries will be saved under Visit 1.
- To add a new visit, click +New Visit and add the necessary tooth chart items as needed.
- Click the Visit drop-down to review changes made in each visit.
Note: The visit gets locked at the end of each day. The Odontogram synchronizes the Ortho Chart and Dental Chart for the following tooth conditions: Primary, Permanent, Unerupted, Missing, Extracted, and Impacted teeth. |
