CareStack offers an integrated option to convert your appointments into tele consultations and conduct them smoothly with audio and video.

To book a Tele Appointment,
- Search for the patient using the Global Search Bar.
- Click the Add Appt. quick link.
- On the Scheduler, simply drag and drop onto the desired start and end time slots to create an appointment.
In the appointment slide-out that opens up,
Enter the required details, including Production Type, Date, Time and Provider.
- Select the Appointment Mode as Tele Appointment.
- Click Book Appointment.
To convert an appointment to Tele Appointment,
- Right-click on the desired appointment on the Scheduler.
- Select Convert to Tele Appt under Appointment Actions.
| Note: The patient will receive an email with everything they need to join the appointment. |
Launch a Tele Appointment
When it is time for the Tele Appointment,
On the Dashboard, click the Tele Appointment icon next to the appointment details.
| Note: CareStack will automatically connect you to the patient's chart and launch the conference window, but the meeting will not start right away. |
Patients can join the tele appointment by clicking the link provided in their email.
- Patients must also allow access to their microphone and camera if they have not already done so.
