Impacts of Double Booking
- Find Slot and Online Appointment Portal: When the user adds multiple appointments or block slots, the system will mark the slot as booked or blocked. Having the ability to add more appointments to the same slot does not reflect as a vacant slot in Find Slot or on the Online Appointment Portal.
- Scheduler Hours: When two or more appointments are booked in a single time slot, the system will only record the timeline for a random appointment.
- Scheduler: When an appointment is booked in a time slot and a blocked slot overlaps it, the system recognizes the appointment as booked in a random order, even if it overlaps with other appointments or blocked slots.
