- Navigate to the Scheduler.
- Right-click on the intended Appointment.
- Select the Cut Appointment option from the menu.
Once an Appointment has been cut, you will see dotted lines around the appointment block.
- Find the new Slot on the scheduler to paste the appointment.
- If you know the exact date, navigate to the top and select it.
- Or search through the Scheduler to find a day that works.

Click on the time slot where you would like to have the appointment pasted.
- A New Appointment slider will open with the existing details saved.
- The Reschedule Reason is set to mandatory.
- Select the option for Reschedule By whether by Patient or Practice.
- Confirm the information in the appointment slider such as Provider, Location, Date, Duration, Provider, and other details.
- You may also add notes if required.
- Click Save to reschedule your Appointment.

Provider Appointment Conflict while Rescheduling
While rescheduling, practices may encounter a Provider Appointment Conflict warning message. This occurs when attempting to reschedule an appointment for a provider at one location while they have appointments at a different location within the same time range.
