CareStack offers an extensive repository of in-built conditions for its users. Additionally, users can add custom conditions to the system if they are not already listed. Let's guide you through the process of configuring and adding these custom conditions.

Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Clinical > Custom Conditions.
Select + Add Condition on the top right.
- Enter the Condition Name.
- Select the Draw Type from the drop-down list.
- For Character (Tooth) or Character (Surface), you can enter 2 character text on the tooth and 1 character text on the surface.
- Click Save.
- A toast notification will appear on the top right as 'Condition Added Successfully.'

Once you have saved the Custom Condition, here is how you can add it to a patient's chart.
- Select the patient using the Global Search bar.
- Hover over Clinical > select Chart.
- On the Patient's Chart , select the tooth.
- Select + Code on the upper right.
In the Add Treatment slide out, search for the custom condition you have added to the system.
- Select the Custom Condition.
- Click Add to Treatment on the bottom right corner.
A toast notification will appear on the top right stating 'Condition Added Successfully.'
Practices can utilize this simple guide to add custom conditions to a patient's chart, in case, they are not listed within the system. This ensures that all relevant health information is captured and accessible for patient care.
