The Front Office Dashboard in CareStack provides users with quick access to scheduled appointments and actionable insights related to day-to-day operations. It features tabs that display various stages of appointments, allowing users to take quick actions. The dashboard also offers analytics data, including the practice's production goals, patient collection, and a counter for patient visits specific to each location.
The dashboard is segmented into different utility features such as Daily, Performance, Planner, and Huddle tabs. These help offices analytically deduce their performance and production goals with up-to-date, real-time statuses. A unique Production Goals section is also included to help practices proactively set and meet their daily and monthly goals.
