To get started, perform the steps below:
- Navigate to the System Menu > Practice Providers under Operations.
- The Provider's Names will be seen listed on the very left with a searchable field for easy access.
- Click on the preferred provider's name to open up the settings for Provider Preference.
- Click on Edit to begin configuring your Provider Preference.
- You can also search for a Provider by their:
- Short Name,
- Provider Type
- Specialty
- Location
- Phone
- Status
- Click View/Edit to view and make any changes to the Provider Preference.

Hover over the i icon of Perio Preferences to view the following information.
- Unselecting a parameter from "Perio Chart Settings" will also take effect in "Default Provider Settings" below.

Left-Hand Side:
- Toggle the button to Enable Auto Advance.
- Select/Deselect the specific Parameters you would like to auto advance.
- Capability to select from nine distinct Direction(s) for Probing.
- The selected path will show in the Perio Chart upon the provider's login.

Right-hand Side:
- You can Select/Deselect parameters to copy from previous exam for Pocket Depths, Mobility, Furcation, etc.

Print chart after finishing exam automates printing immediately after the exam ends.
- You can also opt to include a numeric chart.
- Choose between bar graph, line graph, or both for your data display preference.
- After configuring the preferences for the specific provider, click Save.
- A toast notification will appear on the top right as, 'Provider Settings updated successfully.'
