Let us look at how you can easily and effectively print records.
Search for the intended patient using the Global Search Bar.
In Patient Overview, select the Print option at the top.
Or, navigate to Menu > select Print Patient Details.
Once you click Print, you will find several options.
- Click Select All on the top right to print all the options available.
- Click Deselect All on the top right to deselect all selections.
Patient Information
- Overview: Checkmark this option to print information on Patient's Details, Assignments, Communication Preferences, and Other Information.
- Responsible Party Information: Checkmark this option to print information on the Responsible Party.
- Insurance Information: Checkmark this option to print information on Insurance Overview, including details such as Plan, Carrier, Subscriber Name, etc.
- Eligibility: Checkmark this option to print information on Patient Eligibility.
- Alert: Check this option to print information on patient alerts, which includes the Start Date, End Date, Priority, and Message.
- Allergies & Conditions: Checkmark this option to print information on the patient's Allergies and Applicable Medical Conditions.
- Medications: Checkmark this option to print the patient's medications.
- Current: Checkmark to print the Current Medication.
- Past: Checkmark to print the Past Medication.
- Future Appointments: Check this option to include the patient's future appointments.
To include the future appointments of the patient's account members, checkmark the Include Account Appointments option.

Clinical and Billing-Related Items
- You can print based on the time period by clicking 'Select time period for printing clinical and billing-related items.'
- Custom: Select a specific date range by choosing the desired From and To dates.
- YTD (Year-to-Date): Select the period between the start of the current year and the present day.
- MTD (Month-to-Date): Select the period from the start of the current month until the present date.
- All Time: Print data for the entire available time period.
- Attending Doctor's Statement: Checkmark this option to print the Appointment Doctor's Statement, which includes information such as Patient Details, Provider Details, and Services Rendered.
- Walkout Report: Checkmark this option to print the Walkout Report.
- Appointments: Checkmark this option to print the Appointments List.
- Checkmark Include Account Appointments to print the appointment list of the Account Members.
Treatments: Checkmark this option to print the Treatments.
| Note: Checkmarking Treatments will auto-select all the treatment statuses excluding Alternative, Hold and Conditions Marked as N/A. You can select or deselect items as desired. |
- Care Notes: Checkmark to print the Clinical Notes of the patient.
- Claims: Checkmark to print the Claims.
- Receipts: Checkmark to print Receipt details.
- Prescriptions: Checkmark to print patient's Prescriptions.
- Pre-Authorizations: Checkmark to print Pre-Authorizations.
- System Transactions: Checkmark to print System Transaction that tracks payments, adjustments, or updates related to a patient’s account for financial and operational purposes.
- Ledger: Checkmark to print patient's Ledger.
- Statements: Checkmark to print the Statements.
- Checkmark Include Account Statement to print the statement of all account members.
- Click Print as required.
- Based on your selection, information will be displayed if available; otherwise, it will be displayed as No data available.
