Let's delve into the essential action items.

At the top, you will find the Appointment and Status sections.
- Appointments for the same patient are displayed in a hierarchical dropdown format, with the most recent appointment (based on calendar date) listed at the top. The current appointment will be highlighted in blue.
- A colored dot tag accompanies each appointment status, facilitating quick identification for users through both color and text.

To view the Appointment Status History/Appointment Log,
- Click View History under the Appointment Status & Notes section.
- This provides information on the date and time the appointment status was assigned, along with the user who made the update.
- Users who have activated Conversation IQ will find a Call icon available for direct calling.
- Utilize the enhanced capability to access the Edit icon, Go To Patient Overview icon, and Linked Members.
- You can also view the patient's Referral Sources from here.
- Click on the Patient Memo from the left to expand and explore the visually enhanced format of the Patient Memo, where you can seamlessly attach documents, add memos from a list of items as before, and also print memos.

If the selected patient profile is not updated with Mobile and Email information, click the Add Mobile or Add Email button.
- You can enter the Mobile, Phone, Work Phone, and Email of the patient.
- You can choose to enable Receive Email Notifications and Reminders and Receive Marketing Emails.
- Click Save once you have added the necessary information.

- We have introduced the capability to access Medical Alerts, enabling you to effortlessly view and edit the patient's Conditions, Allergies, and Medications.
- Users can Add insurance and view plans in Active, Draft, and Pending Verif. (Verification) statuses.
- Use the hyperlink to View and Edit details of insurance plans in Active or Pending Verif. (Verification) status and Update plans in Draft status.
- For Membership Plans, we have incorporated details such as the name of the Subscribed Plan, its Auto-Renewal status, Billing Cycle, and Expiry date.
- Access details regarding Recall History, inclusive of overdue and unscheduled recalls, along with the enhanced ability to schedule those recalls.
- Easily find patients from Scheduling Lists, namely the Reschedule Queue and Short Call Queue, or access details to swiftly schedule as needed.
- You can view the Pending Action Items on the left to view all the pending action items of the selected patient, such as Document Pending.
- A red indicator shows the count of pending action items.
Under Lab Cases, you can view information such as Tooth, Shade, Lab Cost, and Notes, along with Received, Due, and Sent dates.
Tip: Users can see related counts on section headings, with those containing relevant data being expanded by default. |
