Minimum System Requirements
- Processor: Intel Core i5 8th generation or greater
- Memory: 16 GB or more
- OS: Windows 10, OS X 10.13
- Web Browser: Google Chrome (latest version)
- Display Resolution: 1366 x 768
- Internet Bandwidth: 10 Mbps Up / 10 Mbps Down
Recommended System Requirements
- Processor: Intel Core i7 8th generation or greater
- Memory: 16 GB or more
- OS: Windows 10, OS X 10.13
- Web Browser: Google Chrome (latest version)
- Display Resolution: 1920 x 1080
- Internet Bandwidth: 15 Mbps Up / 15 Mbps Down
Important Notes
- The bandwidth recommendations are for single-user environments. If your office shares internet bandwidth with other tenants or if users frequently upload/download large files, you may need higher connectivity than listed above.
- We recommend consulting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or IT support team to determine the appropriate bandwidth plan for your office.
