Treatment Plans and Phases are the two structural elements in CareStack that help organize your treatment.
Treatment Plans can be divided into multiple plans based on different criteria such as diagnosis, tooth, area, quadrant, provider or specialist, and appointment status (recommended, alternative, or required). You can use predefined plans with standard names and statuses or create custom plans with names and statuses.
Within these treatment plans, you can create Phases to further organize treatments. Phases are subgroups within a plan and are automatically numbered sequentially, although they can be renamed as needed.
