Discover how to use the Treatment History feature in CareStack.
- Search for the patient using Global Search Bar.
- Hover over Clinical > select Treatment History.
The Treatment History of the selected patient will be displayed in the grid with the following filter criteria:
- Added Date: Filter by the Date on which the treatment was added.
- Code: Filter by the Treatment Code.
- Description: Filter by the Description of the treatment.
- Tooth: Filter by the Primary, Secondary or Supernumery Tooth Number.
- Pat. Amt: Filter by the Patient Amount.
- Ins. Amt: Filter by the Insurance Amount.
- Fee: Filter by the Fee.
- UCR: Filter by the UCR Fee.
- Status: Filter by the Treatment Status.
- Tx Provider: Filter by the Treatment Provider.
- Tx Plan: Filter by the Treatment Plan.
- Phase: Filter by the Treatment Plan Phase.
