Let's see how to configure the insurance hierarchy.
- Search for the patient using the Global Search Bar.
- Select Insurance.
Click Hierarchy Assignment on the top right.
As the Review Hierarchy slide-out opens up,
- Set the Hierarchy for each plan by selecting the order from the drop-down menu on the right.
- Click Update Hierarchy to save the changes.
