We are transitioning practices currently using existing statement templates to the Updated Statement Template. This upgrade introduces a cleaner design, clearer balance visibility, and additional customization options, helping practices present statements in a more professional and patient-friendly way.
Note: To support ongoing improvements and maintain a consistent experience across practices, the existing templates will be retired soon.
The good news is that many practices are already benefiting from this upgrade.

Color & Visual Design
The overall look and feel are improved.
- The Updated Template features a color layout with a blue header and subtle blue and grey accents, creating a more visually appealing and professional design. In contrast, the Standard Template uses a grayscale format with only shades of black, grey, and white.
- Individual patient balances are more clearly defined.
Location-Level Customization (Upcoming)
- The template allows you to display the practice’s logo. If different locations within the practice have their own logos, they can also be configured.
- Additionally, you can set location-specific statement settings such as separate phone numbers, logos, and addresses for each location.
Balance & Key Information Visibility
- Includes additional customization options, such as the ability to show or hide the UCR column and the payment remittance stub/coupon.
The existing template will be expiring soon. This upgrade provides practices with an updated statement format that will continue to receive new features and enhancements.
Future Support & Updates
All features and enhancements coming out in the future will be applied only to the Updated Template. Support will be ceased for the existing template.
