Location Restrictions across Operational Reports
Users can only generate reports tied to their assigned locations.
- Single Location Reports: For reports with a single location filter, the dropdown list will display only the user's permitted locations.
- Multi-Location Reports: The Primary filter shows only the user’s permitted locations, whereas the Secondary filter appears only for users with access to all practice locations.
- Saved Filters: For existing filters, i.e.,
- Filters with 'All Locations' apply to all locations the user has access to.
- Filters with a mix of allowed and restricted locations, the generated report will only include data for the user's permitted locations.
- Filters with no accessible locations will prompt the user to update with the permitted locations to generate the report.
