With IRIS integrated into CareStack, users can capture, import, manage, and sync patient images in real time, and attach them directly to claims when needed

Configure IRIS Integration
Watch this video for a concise summary.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Services.
- Navigate to IRIS Imaging (Overjet) and click Configure.
In the Configuration modal, enter the following details:
- Enable Service: Select Yes to enable IRIS Imaging.
- URL: The URL will be auto-populated.
- Practice ID: Enter the Practice ID.
- Show IRIS Imaging (Overjet) in: Choose whether to open the IRIS Imaging in a New Tab or Modal.
- Set as Default Imaging Software: Select Yes to set IRIS as the Default Imaging Software.
- Click Save.
Access and Launch IRIS
Watch this video for a quick overview.
- Search for the patient using the Global Search Bar.
- Click the Chart quick link.
- Select the Other Imaging Softwares tab.
- Select IRIS Imaging (Overjet) from the drop-down.
- You can view all the images captured via IRIS.
To launch IRIS,
- Click Launch Imaging Software.
- Select IRIS Imaging (Overjet).
- IRIS opens in a new tab or as a modal based on the configured display preference.
- Log In using the IRIS (Overjet) credentials.
- Once inside the IRIS, you can view all images captured of the patient.
- Click Capture to start capturing new images via your image capture service and its dedicated sensors.
To Import images from the system,
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Select Image Import.
- You can either Drag and Drop the images or Choose files to upload.
- The image will be added with today’s date.
- Click Submit.
Note: Processing may take a few moments. Once completed, images will be displayed successfully.
- The captured/uploaded image(s) will appear in Chart > Other Imaging Software.
