Mango Voice is a cloud-based VoIP business phone system designed specifically for enterprises. It can be integrated with CareStack to connect with patients through calls. Once Mango Voice is configured, follow the instructional steps below to receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls.

Access Mango Voice
- Navigate to the System Menu > User Settings > Phone.
- Click Enable Phone Plugin toggle to activate Mango Voice.
- Click Configure to add the Extension Number.

- Enter the Phone Number.
- Click Save.

Outgoing Calls
- Navigate to Mango Voice and log in with valid credentials.
- Select the patient from the Global Search Bar.
- In the Patient Overview page, a Phone icon will be available if a contact number is provided for the patient.
- Click on the phone icon
- A call pop-up will be displayed on the top right with a ring status

- Click on Accept Call from Mango voice to answer.

Note: Although the call is initiated from the system, it will be routed via Mango Voice. |
- When an outgoing call is made and the patient answers, the call pop-up status will change to Connected.
To Disconnect a call:
- Click on the End Call icon.
Incoming Calls
- Navigate to Mango Voice and log in.
- Login to the system with mango voice integration.
- When a patient calls from a number saved in the system, the user will receive a notification via a call pop-up in the bottom right corner of the screen, indicating New Call From.
- Click on the Accept Call icon to answer.
- Once the call is connected, the status in the call pop-up will update to Connected.
To Disconnect a call:
- Click on the End call icon.
