When a patient or family member sharing the same mobile number has multiple appointments on the same day, CareStack bundle reminders into a single message. This minimizes duplicate SMS notifications and provides a clearer, more convenient experience for your patients.
Bundling groups multiple appointments into a single SMS when family members who share the same mobile number have appointments scheduled on the same day.
To enable bundling for an existing campaign,
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Patient Engagement.
On the Campaigns page that opens up,
- Click the three-dot menu for the intended campaign.
- Click Edit.
- Under Campaign Type & Details, click Next.
Under Recipient Criteria, for Family Appointments,
- Select Bundle appointments sent to the same mobile number to enable bundling.
- Click Next.
- Under Templates, click Next.
- Under Summary, review the details and click Save & Enable.
Using Other Appointments Quick Link
- The Other Appointments quick link consolidates multiple same-day appointments into a single SMS for the patient.
