Manage Reviews in Reputation Management helps you oversee all reviews of your practice from Google and CareStack within the platform. Let's explore how you can use it to stay informed, respond strategically, and grow patient confidence. Please note that reviews from Facebook and Yelp are not available at this time.

Let’s explore how views and filters can help manage reviews effectively.
To begin, perform the following steps:
Navigate to the System Menu > select Reputation Management > Manage Reviews.
Here, you can adjust your view by selecting a suitable tab on the grid :
- Select All to view all reviews.
- Select Unresponded to view reviews lacking a response.
- Select Bookmarked to view all bookmarked reviews.
Use the Locations and Date filters on the top right to see the desired reviews.
To respond to a review, click Reply.
- Choose a Response Template or type your custom response.
- Click Post Reply.
- To bookmark a review, click on the Bookmark icon.
Click Filters to sort the reviews by Source Types or Ratings.
- Source Types include Google and CareStack.
- Click Apply Filter.
Use Sort by to arrange reviews by date (Latest/Oldest First) or rating (Highest/Lowest First).
Google reviews are automatically synced every morning.
However, if you would like to sync them immediately, click the Sync Google Reviews button.
