1. Fee for Non-Covered Codes
Within your insurance plan settings, you can select which fee to use for non-covered codes on a plan-by-plan basis, Max Allowable or UCR.
A non-covered code refers to the code marked at 0% coverage in the code category, additional code coverage, or not included in either section. Another non-covered code would be a $0 listed on a fee register, or $0 listed on a table of allowance for a co-pay plan, for the insurance portion.

1. Delink Appointments
Leverage the Delink feature to remove appointments in No-show, Canceled, or Rescheduled status from Clinical Cases. Check out the section on delinking appointments.

4. Deposit Report
Net Collection Amount
A dedicated column for Net Collection amount in the Deposit Report. This reflects deposits credited to sub-merchant bank accounts, calculated as the total Collection minus the Fee. This parameter has been integrated at both transaction and aggregate levels for daily deposits.
Transaction Date & Time
The Deposit Report now presents the actual Transaction Timestamp (Date & Time) instead of the previous Batch Processing Timestamp. This parameter ensures that the individual transaction within the report reflects its actual transaction time, while the batch processing date remains listed in the Daily Deposit Summary.
