Day Alerts provide a quick way to notify practice users of important, day-specific updates directly on the scheduler, keeping the practice aligned and prepared.

Let's get started!
To access the day alert feature,
- Navigate to the Scheduler.
- Click the Alert icon at the bottom left.
- The pop-up displays all the alerts for the day.
- You can view the alert, location, the user who created the alert and the date.
| Note: When using Week view, users can view alerts across multiple dates within the selected week. |
To add a new alert,
- Click +Add Alert.
- Enter the description in the box.
- Select the desired date.
- Select the desired location from the drop down.
- Once done, click Post Alert.
| Tip: Click the bell icon to snooze the alert for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 16 hours, or 24 hours. |
Manage Permissions
To enable permissions for day alert, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Administration > Profiles.
- Click Manage Permissions on the intended profile.
- Select Scheduling and locate Day Alerts.
- Select the appropriate permissions: View Day Alerts, Add/Edit My Alerts, Add/Edit All Day Alerts, Delete My Day Alerts, and/or Delete All Day Alerts as needed.
- Click Save.
