Let's explore how to take a print once you have completed your Care Note along with the Medical History form.
To take a print, perform the steps below.
- Search for the patient in the Global Search bar > Select Clinical > Chart.
- Select the Notes tab.
- Click on the Completed Care Notes.
- On the Care Note slide-out, select the Medical History Form tab.
- Here, you can view the required Medical History form, Conditions, Allergies, Medication, and Dental Questionnaire parallelly to the Care Notes.
- Checkmark the Attach to print checkbox to include the medical history form in the print.
- Click Print at the bottom right.
The entire Care Note will be displayed in a new tab with the Allergies, Conditions, and Questionnaire towards the bottom of the page.
To print your care notes that are not in Completed status:
- Right-click the desired care note from the Notes tab.
- Click Print.
- Select Print with Med Hx. / Print without Med Hx to include/exclude medical history on the care notes.
