Let's learn about the field and form rules for Care Notes. Field Rules allows the user to create a branching logic on a care note template that will skip the response altogether or provide a smart answer depending upon how the fields are answered. Form Rules are created to display an alert depending on how the fields are answered.
The Field & Form Rules are added only after creating a care note template. To learn how to create a care note template, click here.
