To configure payment services, perform the steps below.
- Navigate to the System Menu > Practice Settings > Payments & Billing > Services.
- Select the Payment Services tab.
| Note: The Default indicator next to a payment gateway signifies that this gateway has been set as the default option for processing card payments. |
Perform the steps below to configure CS Pay.
- Select the CS Pay tab.
- Click Edit.
- To enable the payment service, select Yes to Enable CS Pay option.
- To set CS Pay as the default payment gateway, checkmark the Mark as default payment gateway option.
- Select the required payment methods to use the payment gateway.
- For example; Check, Credit Card, etc.
- Select the Default Merchant ID.
- To enable CS Pay on a payment plan, select Yes to Enable Payment Plan.
- Select Yes to Enable Terminal Payments if you need to enable CS Pay for terminal payments.
- Click Save.
Perform the steps below to configure BluePay.
- Select the BluePay tab.
- Click Edit.
- To enable the payment service, select Yes to Enable BluePay option.
- To set BluePay as the default payment gateway, checkmark the Mark as default payment gateway option.
- Select the required payment methods to use the payment gateway.
- Enter Account ID.
- To enable BluePay on a payment plan, select Yes to Enable Payment Plan.
- Click Set Secret Key.
- Enter the Secret Key twice to confirm it.
- Click Save.
| Note: The Secret Key will be found on your Bluepay Portal. |
- Click Save.
Perform the steps below to configure Apex Payments.
- Select the Apex Payments tab and click Edit.
- To enable the payment service, select Yes to Enable Apex Payments option.
- To set Apex Payments as the default payment gateway, checkmark the Mark as default payment gateway option.
- Enter the Merchant ID.
- To enable transactions without a card, set Yes to Enable Card Not Present Transactions.
- Select Yes to Enable Terminal Payments if you need to enable Apex Payments for terminal payments.
- Click Set Key.
- Enter the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
- Click Save.
| Note: The Consumer Key will be found on your Apex Portal. |
- Click Save.
Perform the steps below to configure Rectangle.
- Select the Rectangle tab.
- Click Edit.
- To enable the payment service, select Yes to Enable Rectangle option.
- To set Rectangle as the default payment gateway, checkmark the Mark as default payment gateway option.
- Enter the User Name, Merchant Code, Merchant Account Code, and Public Key.
- To enable transactions without a card, set Yes to Enable Card Not Present Transactions.
- Select Yes to Enable Terminal Payments if you need to enable Rectangle for terminal payments.
- Click Set Secret Key.
- Enter the Password and Secret Key.
- Click Save.

- Click Save.
