CareStack allows you to create and customize contract agreements for an Ortho Plan, General Payment Plan, Membership Plan (for CS Membership), or Payment Method on File (for CS Pay).
Let's get started!
- Navigate to the System Menu > Practice Settings > Payments & Billing > Contract Agreements.
- Select the required item tab to make a custom contract agreement.
- You can preview the contract agreement content on the right side.
- Click Edit to make changes or add new content.
- Add the content for the custom contract agreement in the text field.
- You can utilize the formatting tools to edit the content as per your needs.
- To preview the contract agreement content after editing it, click File > Preview.
- Once editing is done, click Update.
