CareStack allows you to flag a patient's profile or account to label them as an employee at your practice or as a native language speaker or for many other reasons. You can create as many flags as you need to suit any type of labeling needs.
These flags will appear whenever there is a patient summary so you can quickly identify any important needs. These flags can also be used to send patient engagement campaigns to the right audience, to keep certain patients from having a statement generated, or to filter your data appropriately when generating reports.

- Account Flags: These are flags that are used to label the patient with a certain status at the account level.
- Custom Flags: These are custom flags that can be created by the user.
