Account Filters in CareStack are preset combinations of Locations, Specialties, Providers, and Production Types that help to customize the columns for your Scheduler. These filters allow your team to select the precise combination they need to find availability for a patient. Having a variety of filters makes it easier for your team to schedule appointments.

Add New Account Filters
To add account filters, perform the steps below.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Scheduler > Account Filters.
- Click + Add Account Filter.
- Enter the Filter Name and Filter Description.
- Select the Default Scheduler View. You can view in Patient, HIPAA, Production, and Claim views.
Note: HIPAA view prevents the display of sensitive information. |
- Select the required options for Locations, Specialties, Providers, and Production Types. Utilize the search bar to find the required items under each tile.
- Click Save.
Manage Account Filters
You can edit or delete the existing account filters from the grid.
- To edit an account filter, click Edit on the filter entry > make the required changes > click Save.
- To delete an account filter, select the intended account filter(s) > click Delete.
A warning modal will appear,
- Click Yes to proceed.
Note: The account filters can be accessed on the following navigation path to find your appointment slots.
- Navigate to Find Slot from the dashboard > select the intended Account Filters as needed.
Manage Permissions
To enable Permissions,
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Administration > Profiles.
- Click Manage Permissions for the intended profile.
- Select Practice Settings.
- Under Scheduler, select View Account Filters or Add/Edit Account Filters.
- Click Save.
- On the Confirm Action modal that appears, click Yes to proceed.
- A toast notification appears on the top right stating, 'Profile updated successfully'.
