The Pending Verification List is a Patient list, with insurance plans included in their profile that have not yet been verified. This list is useful for managing patient information and ensures that all insurance documentation is completed and verified before the patient's appointment.
Checking the pending verification list and verifying the insurance details regularly is essential for an efficient workflow and avoids any issues during the patient visit.
Let's look into how to utilize the pending verification list effectively.
- Navigate to Lists > select Patients with Pending Verification.
- On the Pending Verification Slider, you will find a list with the insurance information.
- In the Status column, you will find the insurance status as:
- Draft
- Pending Verification
- Partially Verified
- Select the View option to open the insurance Eligibility window.
Inside the Eligibility Slider, you will be able to find Patient Eligibility,
- In Patient Eligibility,
- Enter all the necessary information under Insurance Plan Details section.
- Click Save.
- Enter all the necessary information under Patient and Subscriber Insurance Details section.
- Click Save and Update Eligibility.
