Navigate to your System Menu > Audit Trail.
The Audit Trail page provides information on:
- Date & Time
- User's name and activity at every timestamp.
- Patient Name.
- Module where the activity occurred.
- Action performed by the user.
- User who carried out the specified activity.
- Last synced by details along with the date.
- Print Transactions of 30 rows at a time.
