Once the clinical team has finished the Treatment(s) for their appointment, they will be marked as Completed. The Completed procedure codes will be populated on the Completed Procedures page. Let's explore the features of this page.
To View the Completed Procedures of a Patient, follow the navigation path given below.
Search for the intended patient using the Global Search bar > click Billing > Completed Procedures.
To narrow down the completed procedures according to your intended criteria, you can utilize the following filters.
- DOS: Search for completed procedures by entering a Date of Service.
- Proc. Code: Search for completed procedures by selecting one or more procedure codes.
- Tx. Provider: Search for completed procedures by treatment providers. You can select one or more treatment providers and click Apply.
- Tx. Location: Search for completed procedures by treatment location. You can select one or more treatment locations and click Apply.
- Billed Amt: Enter the billed amount to narrow down the list of codes.
- Total Amt: Enter the Total amount to narrow down the list of codes.
- Billing Status: It refers to the current state of a patient's insurance claim within the billing cycle. Narrow down the list by the intended billing status.
- Claim Billing Status: Narrow down the list by the intended claim billing status.

How to Create a Claim For Completed Procedure(s)
- Select the intended completed procedure(s) > click Create Claim > Select the required insurance hierarchy (Primary Insurance, Secondary Insurance, Tertiary Insurance, or all claims) to create a claim.
- The Claim will be created. You can click View claims(s) to see more details on the claim. It will take you to the Claims page.
How to Reverse Payments For Completed Procedure(s)
- Select the intended completed procedure(s) > click Reverse Payments.
- Click Yes on the confirmation modal.
- You will receive a toast notification to confirm the reversal.
Generate Batch Claims
- Click Generate Batch Claims.
- Enter the following information as required.
- Date of Service Between: Select the start date and end date that covers the date of service.
- Auto generate claims in all hierarchy: You can choose to generate claims in all hierarchy including primary, secondary, and tertiary if you select Yes.
- Status of remaining higher order claims: You can choose to keep the status of remaining claims as Saved or On Hold.
- Click Generate.

- Proc. Code: You can click on the procedure code hyperlink to open the CodeStack slider. This will help you obtain more information on the procedure code.
- Tx. Provider: Click the treatment provider hyperlinks will fetch you information about the provider such as their Short Name, Locations, and Mobile details.
- Claim Billing Status: You can view many details such as Carrier, Insurance Plan, etc. of the primary and secondary insurance by clicking this hyperlink.
- Patient Top Card: The patient top card of the Completed Procedures page provides you clickable hyperlinks such as Open Claims which will take you to the claims page. You can view the number of open claims near it. You can view the number of Recalls present and clicking the Recalls hyperlink will provide more categorized information as Overdue and Unscheduled.
