Overview
The Patient Tracker Compressed View provides a streamlined, real-time snapshot of patient activity across the practice. It enables your team to efficiently monitor the patient journey ensuring financial accuracy and clinical compliance at every step. This feature also allows practices to see the patient's current appointment status no matter the area they are currently in at the environment.

Monitor the Tracker Dashboard
Throughout the day, monitor the Patient Tracker located in your Top Bar. Practices may experience incomplete documentation or missed financial opportunities.
Click on any status chip to view patient appointment cards.
Watch for red indicators on status chips, which alert you that a patient has exceeded the maximum wait-time threshold.
Manage Clinical Flow
As the patient moves through their visit, the clinical team or assigned staff must keep the tracker updated.
Drag and drop the patient's card to the corresponding status chips (e.g., Seated, In Treatment, Ready for Doctor) to ensure the front office knows exactly where the patient is in their journey.
TIP: End of Day (EOD) Reconciliation
To maintain accurate financial and operational reporting, the tracker must be completely cleared by the end of the business day. Patient Tracker is quick option to ensure all appointments have been checked out, especially for large schedules that can not been seen in one view without scrolling.
