Report Generation
The Night Call Report provides an organized list of patients who require post-treatment follow-up after procedures performed within a selected date range. The report features a simple, single-view format with three mandatory fields: date of service, treatment location, and the columns to display, offering both flexibility and ease of use.
Let us explore the filters:

| 1 | Date Of Service | Filter the report by procedure codes within the selected date range. *By default, the range is set to the current day. |
| 2 | Treatment Location | Filter the report by the location where the codes were completed. You can select up to 10 locations (on-screen generation limit). *By default, the location will be the user's default location. |
| 3 | Treatment Provider | Choose whether to focus the report on treatment completed by the selected provider(s). |
| 4 | Codes | Choose to focus the report on patient(s) with the selected code(s). |
| 5 | Columns | Choose the columns you wish to see in this report. *By default, all the columns excluding Conditions and Medications will be selected. |
Generation/Download Criteria
- Due to data volume, reports with more than 5 Locations or a date range exceeding 14 days will not generate on-screen.
- Reports meeting these criteria will be accessible in the Scheduled Downloads section.

- Patient ID: The system-assigned number used to identify the patient and their records. On clicking the Patient ID, the user is taken to the patient's appointment page.
- Patient Details: Includes the patient’s name, age and gender.
- RP: The responsible party of the patient.
- Contact Number: The patient’s mobile number, phone number and work phone number.
- Codes: The treatment procedures completed against the patient in the selected date range by the selected provider.
- Referral Details: The patient’s referral information.
- Allergies: The patient’s allergies.
- Conditions: The patient’s conditions.
- Medications: The patient’s medications.
