The Implant Tracker Report helps practices understand implant volume and effectiveness by tracking implant records created within the system.
This report shows real-time data and is available in two views: Summary and Detail View.

Use Cases
- The summary view shows the total number of implants and the number of patients they correspond to, grouped by various fields like provider, location, system supplier etc.
- The detailed view lists each implant record with corresponding details.
Let's get started!
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Operational Reports under Insights.
- Click the + icon on the left or the Generate Report button on the right for the chosen report.

The summary view shows the total number of implants and the number of patients they correspond to, grouped by various fields like provider, location, system supplier etc.
Let's explore the filters:

Choose to focus the report based on Implant Created On, Placed On or, Completed On date. *By default, Created On will be selected. |

Implant Tracker summary view report can be grouped by Location, Provider, System Supplier, Type of Work, Referral Provider, and Implant Site. *By default, location will be selected. |

The date range can be selected for a maximum of 1 year. *By default, the date range will be for the current day. |

Choose to focus the report based on the selected treatment location. *By default, the location will be the user’s default location. |

Once you have selected the desired filters, click on the Generate button to generate your on-screen report or Download Report As button to download your report.

Result - Summary View
Now, let's take a look at the results of the Implant Tracker Report (Summary View).
- Location: The name of the location associated with the Implant Record.
- Provider: The name of the treatment provider associated with the Implant Record.
- System Supplier: The supplier/manufacturer of the implant system used.
- Type of Work: The type of work, whether the implant is single, multiple, or part of a larger restoration.
- Referral Provider: The name of the provider who referred the patient for the implant treatment.
- Implant Site: The tooth or area where the implant is placed.
- Implants: The number of implant records that have been created, placed, or completed within the selected timeframe.
- Patients: The number of patients that have had an implant record created, placed, or completed within the selected timeframe.
Once the report is generated,
- Click the arrow keys to drill down into the data.
- Click the Implant or Patient number to open a detailed view of the report.
The detailed view shows more of the appointment details and shows how each appointment contributes to the time spent on the specified statuses.

Generation/Download Criteria
- Due to data volume, reports with a date range exceeding 1 Month will not be generated on-screen.
- Reports meeting these criteria will be accessible in the Scheduled Downloads section.
Result - Detail View
Now, let us take a look at the results of the Implant Tracker Report (Detail View).
- Patient Name: The name of the patient.
- Patient ID: The system-assigned number used to identify the patient and their record.
- Location: The name of the location associated with the Implant Record.
- Implant Site: The tooth or area where the implant is placed.
- Provider: The name of the treatment provider associated with the Implant Record.
- Type of Work: The type of work, whether the implant is single, multiple, or part of a larger restoration.
- Referral Provider: The name of the provider who referred the patient for implant treatment.
- System Supplier: The supplier/manufacturer of the implant system used.
- Implant lot number: The lot number of the implant recorded during placement.
- Fixture Size: The size or dimensions of the implant fixture.
- Consultation Date: The date the patient completed the implant consultation.
- Extraction Date: The date the tooth extraction was performed.
- Bone Graft Date: The date the bone graft procedure was completed.
- Secondary Bone Graft Date: The date a secondary bone graft date was completed.
- Implant Placed On: The date the implant was placed.
- Exposure Date: The date the implant was exposed.
- Completed On: The date the implant treatment was marked as completed.
- Removed On: The date the implant was removed, if applicable.
To enable permissions for the Implant Tracker Report:
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Administration > Profiles.
- Click Manage Permissions for the intended profile.
- Select Insights.
- Under Operational Reports, select Generate Implant Tracker Report.
- Click Save.
- On the Confirm Action modal that appears, click Yes to proceed.
- A toast notification appears on the top right stating, 'Profile updated successfully'.
