To mark a patient as Inactive, here is what you need to do.
Perform the steps below.
Select the patient using the Global Search Bar.
On the Patient Overview,

Click on the Pencil icon.
- Enable the toggle for Mark Patient as Inactive.
- A warning modal appears asking you to confirm your selection.
- Click Proceed to mark the patient as Inactive.
Note: The patient's status cannot be changed to Inactive if the patient has outstanding balances, open claims, active payment plans, and/or future appointments. |
