Providers can send referral treatment reports to other providers within the system through the Referral Hub or the Patient Overview page.

Send Tx Report via Referral Hub
Watch this video for a concise summary.
- On the Dashboard select Ref. Hub (Referral Hub).
- Under the Accepted tab, click Send Tx Report for the intended referral.
Note: You cannot send a treatment report once it is marked as completed.
On the New Tx Report slide-out,
- The Referral Entry will be auto-populated.
- Select the From (treatment referral provider).
- Click Next to proceed.
- Continue filling out the form the same way you would for a Refer-Out.
- Click Send Tx Report to continue.
- A toast notification appears on the top-right stating, 'Tx Report Sent Successfully'.
To view the sent treatment report,
- Click the desired referral to open the referrals slide-out.
- Select the Tx Reports tab.
- If there are existing draft reports, the Draft Tx Reports pop-up will appear when you click Send Tx Report.
- The pop-up prompts: 'Do you want to continue from your list of draft Tx reports?'.
- Click the Bin icon to delete the draft, or select Edit Draft to continue working on the existing draft.
- Click Create New Tx Report to start a new report.

- Search for the intended patient using the Global Search Bar.
- On the Patient Overview page, hover over Clinical > select Referrals.
On the Incoming tab,
- Click Send Tx Report.
- On the New Tx Report slide-out, repeat the steps as outlined for sending the treatment report via referral hub.
- After you send the treatment report, navigate to the Tx. Reports tab to view it.
- If there is an existing draft report, the Draft Tx Reports pop-up appears when you click Send Tx Report.
- The pop-up asks whether you want to continue from your list of draft Tx reports.
- You can delete a draft, edit an existing draft, or create a new treatment report as described earlier.
