The Custom Report Feature empowers customers to generate tailored reports based on their unique requirements. While the existing reporting module provides a wide range of pre-built reports, this feature addresses any additional reporting needs that may not be available in the default setting.

- Custom Report Requests: Customers can request specialized reports not currently available in the existing module.
- Adjust Criteria: Generate requested reports with customizable criteria to suit different scenarios.
- Generate Anytime: Once a request is delivered, you can generate the report for any time in the future, making monthly/weekly/daily reports simple.
- Dedicated Support: Collaborate with the support team to define and clarify report requirements.
How It Works
Identify Missing Report:
- Check the existing reporting module for the required report.
- If unavailable, proceed to request a custom report.
- You can check if the report is available in the reporting section or connect with support to see if the report you are looking for is available via any of the existing reports or lists.
Request Submission:
- Contact the support team to initiate a custom report request.
- The support team will verify if the report can be generated using the system’s existing capabilities.
Let's learn how to access the Custom Report.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Custom Reports under Insights.
Click Contact Support.
Request Processing:
- If the report is not already available, the support team will document the requirements and initiate the request process.
- Customers will be contacted for additional clarification, if needed, to ensure the report aligns with expectations.
Report Availability:
- Once the request is processed, the Custom Reports will be accessible from the System Menu under Insights.
To generate the report,
- Click Generate on the right.
- Choose the required filters.
- Click Download.
Recurring Reports:
- Once delivered, the report can be generated as many times as needed and adjusted using customizable filters.
Sharing Reports and Transferring Ownership:
| Note: Only the report owners will have the ability to share the report with other users and transfer the ownership, if needed. |
To share the report,
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Click Share.
In the Share modal,
- Select the user profiles you want to share the report with.
- Click Share Selected.
To transfer the ownership,
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Click Transfer Ownership.
In the transfer ownership modal,
- Select the user to whom you want to transfer the ownership.
- Click Transfer Ownership.
| Note: Once you have transferred the ownership, you will no longer be able to share the report. |
