Just as the smooth execution of daily operations is essential to a practice’s success, managing the provider payroll efficiently is equally important. Before using the payroll system, practices must first set up the appropriate permissions.

To enable Permissions,
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Administration > Profiles.
- Click Manage Permissions for the intended profile.
- Select Payroll.
- Practices can enable permissions for the Overview and Generation and Setup of payroll.
- Under Overview And Generation, select the following options:
- Overview: Ability to view Overview section.
- Generate New Payroll: Ability to generate new payroll.
- View Payroll provides access to the provider's payroll information within the practice.
- Void Payroll gives access to void a generated payroll.

- Under Setup, select the following options:
- Add/Edit/Delete Payroll Profiles gives you permission to manage and update your payroll profiles.
- Make changes to Provider Setup allows access to modify the provider setup.
- Click Save.
- On the Confirm Action modal that appears, click Yes to proceed.
- A toast notification appears on the top right stating, 'Profile updated successfully'.
