There are certain steps a user can take after signing up on the CS Membership portal. Let's take a look at what users need to know once they are active on the portal.
- Select the patient using the Global Patient Search Bar > click Docs.
- Select the Completed tab.
- You can find the signed membership plan agreement document here.
- If the patient has signed the membership agreement, the form will be listed here as well.
Note: The draft will not appear on the user’s end, but it will be visible on the patient’s side in the Patient Portal and in office mode of Patient Connect. |
- Navigate to Billing > select Membership Plans.
- The plan status will be displayed as Active for the patients whose payments are up to date.
Note: If payments are up to date, an unsigned form will not place the patient in Payment Due status. |
Select the Benefits Utilization tab under the Subscription Details section to track how many benefits the patient has remaining within their membership year.
