When practices generate a report that goes beyond a certain threshold, such as selecting more than 5 locations or having data of more than 6 months, the report will not be immediately available. It will instead be accessible through the Scheduled Downloads section.
Let's see how to use the Scheduled Downloads section in detail.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Operational Reports.
- You can also generate Scorecards, Opportunity Miner Lists, EOD Reports, etc.
- For Operational Reports, select the intended report to be generated.
- Enter the required Filter Criteria.
- If the Onscreen Generation Criteria are not met, a warning will appear on the right.
- If the criteria are not met, the Generate Report button will be greyed out, and you will have to view the report via scheduled downloads.
- Click Download Report As and select a supported format to download the report.
- You will receive a notification stating, 'Report download started.' The download will take some time to be generated.
- To view the status of the download, click View Status on the confirmation modal.
- You will be redirected to the Scheduled Downloads page, where you can view the status of the scheduled download.
- If it is still processing, the status will be displayed as In Progress.
- Once the report is completed and the download is ready, the Status changes to Completed.
- A toast notification appears stating, 'Report ready for download.'
- Click Download to view the generated report.
