Let's walk you through the following segments.
Production
- Goal: Represents the total of the provider goals set for the selected day at the chosen location.
- Scheduled: Shows the total estimate (Gross Production) of appointments scheduled for that date.
- Actual: Represents the total dollar value from completed procedures.
- Think of this as your daily running total of completed items.
- This will go up as more codes are completed throughout the day.

Prod. Summary by Provider: Lists each provider's goals at a given location, including real-time stats on goals produced, scheduled, and confirmed.
Collection
- Collected: Payments collected from patients who had appointments for the day.
- Expected Co-Pay: Payments expected from patients who have completed procedures for the day.
- Patient Past Due: Pending balances due from patients scheduled for an appointment for the day.
- Unapplied Credits: Total unapplied credits for patients who have an appointment during the day.
Completed Visits
- Needs Reappointment: Total of new and existing patients who had their treatments completed for the day and require reappointments/recalls for the future.
- Existing Patients: Total of existing patients who had their treatments or appointments completed for the day.
- New Patients: Total of new patients who had their treatments or appointments completed for the day.
- Schedule Utilization: Real-time percentage of total working hours scheduled, based on the production calendar setup.
These metrics help healthcare and dental practices monitor daily performance, track progress toward goals, as well as manage patient payments and patient visits for healthcare providers and dental practices.
