Access the Huddle feature to quickly track the practice's performance across three segments focusing on key KPIs for the previous day, the current day, and the next day.
Here’s a brief guide to accessing and understanding its key features.
- On the Front Office Dashboard, select Huddle at the top left.
| Note: The location will be selected by default, but you can choose a different one as needed. |
- You can select 'Show consecutive days' mode to display stats accordingly.
- By default, days are skipped as configured in location settings.
- If you prefer a paper-based detailed report, click Print Huddle Report.
- Click the i icon of the corresponding indicators to know more.
Here are the Performance Indicators represented with stats on the previous, present, and next day for the selected location.
- Gross Dentist Production: Total dollar value from completed procedures and recently scheduled production by dentists.
- Unscheduled Family Members: Number of family members of patients with an appointment for the day who have unscheduled treatments in their planner.
- Gross Hygienist Production: Total dollar value from completed procedures and recently scheduled production by hygienists.
- Account Past Due AR: Total previous patient payable remaining from patients with appts. on the day.
- OTC Collection Rate: Percentage of payments collected compared to the collectable balance of each appointment at the time of checkout.
- Total Patient Visits: The meaning is the same as indicated by the KPI name.
- Hygiene Reappointment: Percentage of patients with a completed hygiene code and a scheduled future hygiene appointment.
- New Patient Visits: The meaning is the same as indicated by the KPI name.
- Patient Collection (Trans. Date): The meaning is the same as indicated by the KPI name.
- Total Gross Production: Total dollar value from completed procedures and recently scheduled production. This excludes migrated balances.
- Schedule Utilization: Working hours of a location for the selected date.
