Let's utilize 'Find Slots' to choose the criteria that best match the patient's needs to create a family appointment booking.

- Navigate to the Find Slot on the left side of the Dashboard.
- Select the Custom Filter tab and choose your preferences for the following accordingly:
- Provider / Specialities
- Locations
- Production Types
- Duration
- Click Search Appointment at the bottom right.
| Note: You can assign multiple production types to a single time slot, allowing patients more flexibility to choose the production type that best fits their needs. To proceed, select:
- No. of Appointments.

Consecutive / Concurrent.
- Consecutive: To attend the patients one after the other with consecutive time slot.
- Concurrent: To attend the patients within the same slot together.
- You can utilize the Advanced Slot Search to refine your search results.

Filter Slot By Provider / Specialty.
- Choose the relevant options from the dropdown.
- Click Apply.
- Select 'View More Details' for the option that matches your criteria.
- Select the name of the Patient.
- After selecting the patient for the initial appointment, you will have the option to choose immediate family members for any additional appointments.
- To confirm the slots, select Book and View in Scheduler.
- The appointments will promptly appear on the selected slots within the Scheduler.
Let's walk you through the process of saving a custom filter to streamline your experience.
- As the search results appear, you will see a red dot indicating the temporarily saved filter.
- To save the filter and search for appointments, click Save & Search Appointment.
- Input your choices in the Add Scheduler Filter pop-up.
- Specify the Filter Name.
- Enter the Filter Description.
- Select the Default Scheduler View.
- Click Save.
- The saved filter will appear under the Favorite Filter tab.
