Create a Patient List
Perform the following steps:
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Patient Lists.
- Here you can see all the patient lists that were generated previously. Click + Generate New List.
| Note: All your Saved Patient List filters are now in Opportunity Miner. Switch to Opportunity Miner to generate smarter, more actionable lists. |
- Select the required Filters. Choose the options from the drop-down.
- Click + Add Another Condition to add a new set of filters.
- Click Next.
- Select the Information to be included in the Lists > Click Generate to create the list.
| Note: You can click Save and Generate to store the list for viewing again. |
Actions on a Generated List
1. Edit Filters
You have the option to edit the filters on the generated list in case you want to see different information. To do this:
- Click Edit Filters.
- Add or remove the intended filters on the Edit Generated List slide-out > click Generate.
- The list will be regenerated with the new filters.
2. Send Text Message
To send a text to the selected patients in the generated list, perform the steps below.
- Once generated, you can see all the patients with the information according to the selected filters.
- Select the required patients > click Send Text Message.

- Enter the text content > click Send.
- The text messages will be sent to the selected patients from the patient list in one go.
3. Export List
To export the patient list in CSV format:
- Select the required patients > click Export List.
- Select additional information to be added to the list, if needed. The information includes items of RP Information, Insurance Information, and Financial Information.
- Click Generate.
