Create Automated Recall Campaigns
Let's get started on how to create recall drip campaigns.
Navigate to the System Menu > select Patient Engagement.
- Select Campaign on the left.
- Click + Create Campaign.
To create an Automated Recall Campaign,
Select Automated Recall as the Campaign Type.
Enter Campaign Details.
- Name: Assign a name for the campaign.
- Description: Type the content that describes the campaign.
- Branding: Select whether the campaign targets Global, Group Level or Location-specific targets.
- Location: Choose the default location of the patients for whom the campaign should be sent.
Enter the Recipient Criteria with the following information:
- Select the Recall Name from the drop-down.
- Select the desired Recipient Criteria.
- To edit a recipient criteria, click Edit corresponding to the intended recipient criteria.
- Choose the desired conditions from the left of the slide-out and proceed as needed.
- Select the filter criteria as required.
- Click Save and Apply Filter.
Click Next.
Select the required medium: Email, Text or Voice.
For example, let's take a look at the Text Template.
Schedule to Send: Enter the number of Days to schedule the campaign, either Before or After the due date when the recall is not scheduled.
- In the Edit Message section, enter the required message.
- To add a new text, click + Add Text and enter the message as required.
- Click Next.
- In the Summary section, you will be able to see all the information that you have entered regarding the campaign.
- Click Save & Enable to finalize.
Sample Recall Campaigns
Let's explore some sample Recall Almost Due but not Scheduled and Recall Overdue but not Scheduled campaigns.
