The Kiosk feature in CareStack allows patients to interact with their CareStack profile and complete necessary tasks such as checking in for appointments, updating account information, and completing forms.

Practices can access the Kiosk using a one-time password.
Let's get started!
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Portal > Patient Connect.
In the Kiosk Settings tab,
- Click on Kiosk Login.
A Kiosk Login pop-up appears, stating Login via PIN Code.
- You can either click on the link given or Copy Link and paste the URL into your browser.
- Below the link, you can find the six-digit PIN code.
- Click on Copy Code to copy the pin code.
- Click on Generate New Code if the current code has expired.
To Log in into the Kiosk,
- Open the browser using the URL provided.
- Enter your Username/Email Address.
- Enter the six-digit verification code present in the system.
- Click Log in.
- Choose the Kiosk mode.
- Select the desired Location.
- Click CONTINUE to proceed.
You will now find options such as:
- Check in for your Appointment
- Update Account Information
- Add a Family Member, &
- Register as A New Patient.
