Let's explore how to set auto-inactivation:
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Patient Flags.
- Select the Inactive Patient Configuration tab > click Edit.
- Select Yes for the Automatically change patient to inactive option.
- Choose the relevant flags from the dropdown to Exclude patients with flags, as needed.
- Enter the desired number of Days/Months/Years since the patient's last Tx Date of Service or last Completed Appointment.
- Click Save.
