The Time Clock feature is designed to help users manage time clock entries for the practice efficiently. It allows users to edit the 'Clock In' location and view Clock In details by Day, Week, or Custom Dates. Additionally, it provides a location summary to show the amount of working hours completed. This feature simplifies the process of making changes for provider 'Clock In' errors or misses and enables tracking of hours and locations.
To view the time clock, follow the navigation path given below.
Navigate to System Menu > click Time Clock under Operations.
To view Clock In Details of an employee in your practice, perform the steps given below.
- You can search the time clock entries of employees by using the search bar on the left.
- Once the search results show up, click on the time clock entry to view it.
- Click on Day, Week, or Custom tabs to view time clock details by period.
Select the date or week from the calendar.
- You can view the number of entries listed one by one.
- You can also view the Total Working Hours of the employee.
Perform the steps below to learn how to 'Clock In' and 'Clock Out'.
To quickly clock in, click System Menu > Clock-In. The logged-in user will be clocked in.
- Hover over the Location or Working Hours to see tooltips with descriptions.
- Click on the Pencil icon to change your Location.
- Click on the Redirection icon to open the Time Clock Entries page in a new tab.
- To clock out, click Clock-Out from the System Menu.
To manually clock in, perform the steps below.
Select the required Employee from the Time Clock page > click Clock In.
On the confirmation modal, enter a note if needed > click Clock In.
You will receive a toast notification as shown below.
You can see your 'clock in' details listed on the Clock In Details page. It displays the Location Wise Working Hours and the Duration of the clock in.
- Once you are intending to clock out, click Clock Out.
- To update the time clock details, click Edit on the intended time clock entry.
- Make the required changes > click Save.
| Note: The edited time clock entry will be displayed in red to signify that the information has been altered. |
- To delete an entry, click Delete on the intended time clock entry.
To add a custom time clock entry, perform the steps given below.
- Click +Add Time Clock.
- Enter Clock-In details on the modal. Check below for description.
- Click Save.
