The capability to input height and weight measurements has been implemented to facilitate the inclusion of this information especially for determining the appropriate dosage to prescribe for the patient.
Let's take a quick look at the workflow to execute this task.
- Select the patient using the Global Search bar.
- Click + Pres button at the top.
- Navigate to Patient's Measurements right under Medical Alerts and Current Medications.
- Click the+ Add button.
- Add the Patient's Height and Weight.
- Click Save.
In case the patient has undergone any height or weight changes, utilize the Edit button to update the measurements accordingly.
