You can create pre-saved text, email, and voice templates for your campaigns to minimize the need for manual input and streamline communication efforts.

Add a New Template
Perform the following steps to create a new template.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Patient Engagement.
1. For Text Templates
- Click Templates > select Text Templates > + Add.
Enter the required information:
- Name*: Enter the name of the template.
- Campaign Type*: Select the campaign type where this template will be applied.
- Content*: Write the text content of the template.
- Require Patient Response: Specify whether a patient response is required.
- Click Save.
- A toast notification will appear on the top-right stating, 'Template created successfully'.
2. For Email Templates
- Click Templates > select Email Templates > + Add.
Enter the required information:
- Name: The name of the Template.
- Campaign Type: The campaign type where this template should be applicable.
- Require Patient Response: To determine if patient response is considered.
- Email Subject: Write the Subject for the email.
- Enter the Email Body.
- Click Save.
A toast notification will appear stating, 'Template created successfully.'
Upload HTML Templates
For email templates, you have the option to upload an HTML template. To do so,
- Click Upload HTML Template on the Templates page.
- Drag and drop the HTML file or click Browse Files to find and select the file.
When uploading an HTML template, follow these guidelines:
- Do not include <script>, inline JavaScript, <iframe>, Flash, embedded audio/video, forms, or <div> layering.
- Use static, table-based layouts with nested tables instead of complex CSS.
- Styling issues may occur with uploaded template files.
- Keep template width between 600px and 800px.
- Use simple inline CSS and standard web-safe fonts.
- Avoid or be cautious with background images, custom fonts, wide layouts, image maps, and embedded CSS.
- Include images via proper external URLs.
- Images added through TinyMCE must not exceed 10MB.
3. For Voice Templates
- Click Templates > select Voice Templates >+ Add.
Enter the required information:
- Name: The name of the Template.
- Campaign Type: The campaign type where this template should be applicable.
- Content: Write the content for the voice here. The voice will read the text that you type.
- Voice Message Content: Alternative message to be read if the call is answered by voicemail.
- Require Patient Response: To determine if patient response is considered.
- Click Save.
A toast notification will appear on the top right stating, 'Template created successfully'.
Edit a Template
To edit an existing template, perform the steps below.
- Click Templates > select Text, Voice, or Email Templates.
- Click on any of the saved templates.
- Click Edit on the modal.
- Make the required changes > click Save.
Upload Images to the Gallery
Perform the following steps to navigate to the image gallery and upload the intended images to the system.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Patient Engagement.
- Click Templates > select Image Gallery > Upload From System.
- Enter Image Name > click Browse and upload the image > click Save.
- The image will be uploaded on the system and you can view it on the Image Gallery.
